Worth checking is the small o'rings that go on the pilot screws sometimes stick in the hole and it may seem that they are missing when actually still in the hole- remember its o'ring, washer, spring and then screw.
The emulsion tube is removed by undoing the main jet one turn and pushing it up with ya thumb, repeat until the emulsion tube or white plastic slide holder comes out the top (remember to remove the slide first), then put ya thumb inside the front of the carb and push the white plastic slide holder up and out of the carb body (do not use a screwdriver etc as it will fcuk the plastic) the o'ring is under this plastic body, on refiting the emulsion tube only goes in one way around due to a cut out at its base that fits in the carb body ! Gently PINCH every thing back up with the main jet.

worked out that the pilot O-rings needed fishing out in the end :P will get the 3 good carbs finished tomorrow hopefully, then take the bloody debris filled one to bits and give it a dam good clean out!
