yeh kit did the job glad i spent the money on it :)

had to have x rays of my back, they were fine luckily and my wrist still hurts, eventually convinced the docs to give me an x ray, and fortunately theres no damage, its still sore though, as are my fingers, they really bloody hurt!!

but it could have been alot worse so im very glad im ok :D
i dont think ill be such a lunatic in the future though, time to calm it right down!!
but im fully fit now, in preperation for ooa to basrah this time nxt year
