Yeh I agree with that, but mabe a sticker (dont crusify me for saying that) would make the left look better? bit like race bikes have in their swingers when their big and flat like that to brake up the space

just an idea

I like the big surface area of the panel. I was thinking of putting some sort of advertisement ala MotoGP but reflective of my mods. Pirelli, Ohlins, PVM, Tsubaki etc, but only little ones.

OK, so here it now is, in all it's glory. Spec's are as follows,

2006 CBR1000RR
Zero Gravity screen
Stock forks with Maxton internals
EBC Pro-Lite discs
PVM front wheel
R+G fork protectors
Moto-777 short black levers
R+G bar ends
Braided 2 lins brake hoses
Braided clutch hose
Carbon upper tank panel
Carbon lower tank panel
Harris quick release fuel cap
R+G frame sliders
Ex-BSB Micron Serpent system (the 62mm one)
Gilles rearsets
HRC rear brake reservoir
Ohlins rear shock
Carbon swing-arm protectors
Carbon chain guard
Carbon rear hugger
R+G tail tidy
PVM rear wheel
Gilles chain adjusters
Gilles lifters
R+G paddock bobbins
K+N filters
PCIII with custom map

The bike produces just shy of 160bhp as set-up by Mototech. Rear shock supplied and set-up by Phillip McCallen, wheels from PVM via Harris Performance and tyres supplied by Charles Hurst Sydenham. Thanks also to Belfast Honda, Hein Gericke, Jonny Annett at BikeBitsNI, e-Bay and a few forum that have supplied lots of info and parts. Now I'm going to go out and do my best to scalp the arse of it and hope to keep it sunny side up,
