Long time no see...
Meanwhile I sourced the fork/engine color with help of rsbikepaint.com
I ordered 8183 grey metallic and although it has no visible brown in it (remember "max brown metallic") , it worked
Early christmas today
with NC30 spagetti
and more
I couldn't withstand this
I know that some of you do not recommend this tray but I give it a try.

I have one, but this does not justify the result, flash light is screwing it up.

My NC is a type 7 and originally has brownish forks apparently, is this the colour your trying to recreate??

Euro bikes have bigger lamps than the JDM bikes I presume?

Did some work over the weekend
traditional measurements:
steel frame
alu frame
another -2,6kg loss
battery -2,25kg
tyga pipes -2,9kg
maybe 500gr for all the bolts I replaced
still to measure
silencer, alloy meter stay, alloy upper stay, carbon air box,
not yet ordered :alloy clip-ons and handlebars, maybe more alloy parts I don't know about yet
reassembling startet :
will they ever work again?????????
my set-up so far (no clue if this will work

pilots 2,5 turns

Looks good.
Be wary of the dynojet jets though, they seem to flow differently to standard keihin ones. If your having trouble might just get some generic jets.
