No, Greame france can get you the link pipes needed and it just so happens i have a set of carbon cans for saleBillingCBR wrote:I'm not sure I'd like a twin stack system, I don't think it would suit my bike tbh. If I wanted to make it into a twinstack, would it be as simple as buying the rear pipes off a TYGA system and then the pair of cans to fit?

Re: My NC30 (latest project)
lack of funds put a stop to any plans like that unfortunately. Exhaust arrived today, need a few springs, I've got one, which will fit all of the parts together, do i measure the overall length or the coil length? I'll be ordering the main jets asap (got good advice on the carb settings, so know what sort of things i need to do)

Re: My NC30 (latest project)
I've noticed one of my headlight bulbs is a H4 60/55W, it fits fine in the headlight unit, so am assuming I either have a UK headlight or an adaptor plate?
Are these jets suitable for my NC30? It will have a TSR half system soon enough, and I've been advised to buy 120/118 mains

Those are the ones...
991013931200
is the proper honda part number (120's)
oh and you'd know if you had adapter plates.. the slip on / off.
if it was a uk headlight it'd have sidelight bulbs in it (i think? correct me if i'm wrong)
its' easy to mod the actual headlight itself with a dremel, or the bulbs with pliars

Re: My NC30 (latest project)
cheers, checked on DSS the other night, and it's more to buy the same jets, is it worth it or will those ebay ones be fine? obviously buying one pair of 118s and one pair of 120's.Neosophist wrote:Those are the ones...

the light bulb hole looks untampered with, and a standard H4 bulb (not H4R as many imports need) fits in perfectly :S I'll be looking at the other side tomorrow to see if I have a pair or not. They both have sidelight bulbs but i think the japanese ones should too :S lets hope tomorrow holds some answers!

Re: My NC30 (latest project)
no news on the lights, all i know is the right hand one takes a standard h4 60/55, and the left takes a standard H4R 60/35
not sure if it's a problem yet (switch still works, but thats not why) because I might be taking the whole unit off and buying a Tyga Suzuka one
anyway, more progress :D

Re: My NC30 (latest project)
cheers, I'm still trying to find the bodywork for the front
I'm waiting to hear back from brooky about decals, at worst I'll buy the pale blue and get the dark done in vinyl depending on how close it is.
no updates yet, a lack of money has put a stop to it for now. I'm seriously considering getting the Tyga Suzuka nosecone, but might just keep it standard, not sure yet. Still need to find £55 to get the front wheel blasted then powder coated white so it matches the rear

Re: My NC30 (latest project)
Finally! Been waiting for this auction to end for 3 days now! bit pricey at £103 + p&p, but worth it IMO.

I'll be swapping the silly tinted lenses for my nice bright orange ones when it turns up :)
