So, how come a 35 is a learner legal bike and a 30 isn't in Aussie? Am I getting that right?
And if a 35 is worth anywhere near that kind of dosh, why isn't someone buying them up in the UK and shipping them South? I know guys who do the same thing bringing bikes to NZ and they make bloody good money at it.
I think to most expensive 30 I've seen here was up for NZ$7500. That was totally standard with only a couple of thousand K's on it. Looked like it had just come out of the factory.

I happened upon a response to a question that 'someone' asked:

"you are dealing with wankers and what they have written, this bike for starters was purchased for 7000 dollars in its standard form and i have spent 10,000 on it , remembering that our dollar was shit and had to be converted to pounds, which is easy if you live in england, everything was bought and imported from overseas, ie thailand whose currency is also in pounds , these people bagging it , probably dont even own one ,as for the tool who reckons he bought 1 for 6500, i want him to ride it to my place so he can see that his bike would be nothing like mine"

A few inaccuracies in there, but at least he can spell, which is more credit than I would have given him

too all the tools on 400greybike lol. mate look at it from this angle. its a NC30 end of story. yes its got a kit on it after the original was prob smashed to bits in a crash, but its RC30 money, however you know best clearly, so best of luck with your sale, but i bet you will be stuck with it for a very long time and or you drop the price by rather alot to get shot.

when will kids learn, buying a bike and sticking 3k's worth of kit on it doesnt make it worth original cost +3 + labour.

I cant believe we are all tools!! I thought we were a nice bunch!! :(

So let me get this right we are tools and he has spent 17000 dollars on an NC30!! :o

The amount of rubber on that back wheel, that must have cost 3000 dollars to ship over!! Jesus!!

From a tool perspective (obviously) but he could have spent half of that making it standard and it'd be worth more than it's actually worth now.

I hate to dredge up an old topic, but he's at it again:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/repsol-honda-vfr ... 35ada67ff1

He's dropped the price significantly (but it's still way over the top), but looks like he's got a mate or two to add some 'questions' ;)

ah well best of luck to him. and to the seller, when you read this, we may be wankers, however we live in the real world, and are not stuck with overpriced bikes they are desparate to sell are we ?
look at it from this simple angle - if you had 12k in your pocket, why would you buy a NC30 when you could buy a RC30 for the same money or a more modern superbike ? you could argue and perhaps you may want to ask - why are you selling ?
When you grow up sunshine you will learn possibly that buying 10k's worth of aftermarket parts doesnt make the bike worth normal NC30 +10k

As i said before you clearly know best, advice is free as are opinions, but your bike aint so again - i suspect you will be keeping it for quite along time.

It is poor. Looks pretty enough but seeing as I think my no9 moto is a far better bike than that and I value that at 2.5 for insurance purposes then this dude is deluded!

It looks pretty...but I imagine it rides totally shite.
