The spacer is still being sold by Pro-Bolt, but having contacted them today, they have confirmed that the axle nut is no longer being stocked by them.

Shame as I really fancied a TI version. I've asked them if they're willing to share their original supplier details in the hope of approaching them direct, but I doubt they'll go for that.

I may canvas some local engineering companies to see if they're capable of doing something - even if I can find a willing candidate - in the absence of reasonable demand I'm sure I'll be facing a far more expensive cost per piece than even Pro-Bolt would have charged.

Update : Pro-Bolt have an MOQ of one hundred pieces.....

i dont think we could get enough people to order than many and even so i doubt the price would be reasonable to budget, id be just happy with a stainless!
