The bike ran perfectly on its first track outting. I didn't have the chance to have it dyno'd as at the same track-day I ended up spending 5 day's in hospital after an off-track excursion with the bike stuck in the back of my knee. I'm currently building myself up a track-bike to a similar spec so will know in a few months time when it's all together and running.

I think i've got it right, so where the cable ties are i just get a t piece and route them where the ties are?
So what are the air holes that need blocked up?
Also what do i do with the vacuum pipe now when i use the fuel pump, just block the hole up?
Next question lol, the pump has three tubes, does the 3rd small pipe go on to replace the vacuum hose?

Got the air box off GF
I was going to fit a light wire mesh on top of the bottom tray.
Also got the 135 jets all round and air screws out three turns.
I should get a little run out on saturday if all goes well.
Is there anything ive missed here?

What options do i have?
Congrats on the new born.

Thank Steve.
The only reason I ask is I saw the rules on the preinjection and I don't think you can mod the carbs to run ram air, you can run the bike but if you get a jobs worth of a scrutineer or racer they have grounds for appeal.

Yes, join them with a t-piece and vent it into the air-box
So what are the air holes that need blocked up?
There are 2 brass tubes on each carb, you need to block up the smaller of the 2
Also what do i do with the vacuum pipe now when i use the fuel pump, just block the hole up?
Block it up, either a grub screw that's the correst size, or a screw in the current vacuum tube
Next question lol, the pump has three tubes, does the 3rd small pipe go on to replace the vacuum hose?
No idea what the 3rd hose is about, the 2 main tubes are fuel in and fuel out, is it an overflow of sorts?
What weight is in the GF lid? Ours is almost finished and ready to go into production next week, but it'll have a smooth gel-coat outter finish rather than the matt finish. Here's where ours is at at the minute, we made a frame to construct and the lid is made from a few different sections, but will be a well made and strong unit,

Tony, I've not forgot about you either, we're gonna have these hopefully starting to be made from early next week so I'll be sending both your original and a new one shortly.
