OK, so here's the electric water pump hooked up to the system. An o-ring sealed cover replaces the std water pump. To the rear/under the new pump there's plenty of room for the battery.

Those of you with sharp eyes may also notice the two non-standard allen heads on the genny cover, and some may even know why they're there..!

Looking good!

Do you have an Inside out flywheel? Or do the screws serve another purpose?

Stole someone elses idea for the front sprocket cover, to save some weight and gain easier access.
Here's also the std water pump block-off.
FCR setup slowly coming along.
Trick rear brake master cylinder off 250cc GP bike.

A fine day in the garage =)

Thank you, Michael!

I'm slowly getting there, but will never, ever come close to what you've created. Would be very happy to see more details of your bike here on the forum! How's it going with the RS front end, for example?

Cheers/ Lasse

Yesterday I spent a good few hours by the milling machine, removing at least 95% of the material fron a solid piece of aluminum, to create this

a billet clamp for the pump. I used the rubber strip from a standard pipe clamp to kill some vibration.

Might just be the most unneccesary thing I've done so far to the project bike, but it's good to know you've done the little stuff yourself..!

And yes, I was bored yesterday...
