Its fine i would say, they bike can do it, but can you (comfort issues!)
I have done many big trips on a Nc35 - scotland many times, normally over 1500 miles, i rode down to the pyrenees road around a bit and came back which was 2500 miles and once i rode to Prague and back again about 2500.
The thing is you have to stop for fuel every 100 miles so just stretch your legs then and you will be fine!
Saying that, i have now bought a BMW for longer trips!

I am also in the happy position of having a BMW for longer trips. The only thing I should have mentioned in my last post was to get an E111 card. You can get an application form from the Post Office, you do not have to pay for it,and it gets you free medical care in the EU

No problem. I did Leeds to Neckarsulm in Germany (via Roterdam) and it was no problem and that was about 600Km from Roterdam. Bit uncomfortable but i put that down to having to drive so slowly as i was with the old man on his 1960's AJS - 65MPH flat out!
