No? well to be honest haynes is great but it will normally say 'simply remove' that means your gonna be there for hours mate, grab a brew :D ive never done it on this bike but one of the other guys will help out im sure...

Did the same thing last week. jacked the bike up on bottle jacks, took the wheel off, dropped the shock out, let the swing arm fall all the way down, then i took my extension bar and socket and undone the nuts which were a bastard to get at and off popped the manifold. Still up on the jacks waiting for new gaskets to arrive.

On my NC30, hell no lol. On my friends nc35 it jumped off to my surprise.

Getting the nut off isn't the problem, depending how long it's been on for it usually needs a good whack to free it up.

oh yeah it definetly needs a wack but i put new tyres on mine about every 5 months and copper grease it up so thats not an issue, but i have seen my wheel men take out a rubber mallet on occasion................ :D

The wheel nut is a 36mm


no idea where 42 or 46mm comes from (apart from 46 needed for the bub removal)
