Nothing more to say really, if it's been organised it'll be here.

Sounds good. Also we neeeeeeed to get a 400GB Trackday sorted this year. It always gets a mention but seems to take a bit to get off the ground. I know lots of people on here have other bikes, but it would be good to have a meet with people on their 400's at a good 400 track, I know Rockingham was done last year so maybe that again as its a mid point for most to get to? but this time the National circuit (400 Friendly!) Perhaps a date could be set early so people can work round it? I've been to a couple now that have had good 400 turn outs from here and they're always a great laugh. Anyone fancy starting it off?

Dans got it right, the stafford show IS the best show of the year and i love them.
Always gone with my dad but this time i was thinking who i would go with now he's no longer here.
I think the stand costs are quite a bit, plus all the boards, and marketing, however i know bikes are not a problem, there are more than enough generous folk here who would not only help out, but also lend bikes for the event too.
I would be proud to do something for 400greybike, but i think costs could be a crippler.
if anyone has any ideas of costs involved at stafford please feel free to PM me so we can discuss more in detail.

They should pay! If your there to show and not make a profit it should at least be free.

right, is someone going to approach the show organisers and find out about costs?

then we need to decide how many bikes we can actually show?

how do we decide which ones to show?

i can help out withsign boards or banners or something

might even be a good place to try and shift some 400gb merchandise

Mark i was kinda banking on you popping up  and thankyou mate.
Seriously, we have enough skills, enthusiasm, offers of help, bikes, and expierience to make this happen, funds could always come. if we were to aim for the second show of the year i think not only would it be more realistic, but also its the larger japanese event over the first part of the year

I would be happy to contact them and also help with logistics. Once we find out the costs I would be willing to chip in a bit.

Big Stink needs to be approached to display his nc30 restoration.

Dan i too thought that.
inside the main hall is a no dice, the side halls may be a go, but outside under a big tent is more likely
tbh its never going to be a viable money raiser, its always going to be a great meet and maybe spark a bit of interest in the quality 400 bikes still around.
be nice to get a standard one of the main models, and a couple of heavily modded examples. but this would require alot of space and be in excess of 2k for the weekend i think.
be a cracking laugh though i think

Would mine be worthy of showing? It isn't a 400 anymore though..
