Hiya Leopard,
White cross Suspension (See them on the web.)
£85 service
£80 for new spring (For my weight.)
.... thats if he can get the parts for the original OEM Rear Shock!
I'll let you know how I get on
Can do MCT for that money, but the local mechanic who is sorting my bike out uses this chap.
hmmmm K-tech charge less than that.

Am good now thanks.
Never going to be 100% but can walk again. Limited use of right hand which is likely to be permanent. May see if I can get some new knuckles once I have regained some money.
Am bike fit again and have been racing so thats a big plus!!!!

a nice 30 looks better than the cbr but the first gear is a real clutch slipper if you want to get away quick, surely a 29 must be cheaper too, thing that i really hated about the 30 i had was it burnt your thighs in traffic, still looked the bollocks though

I love how people gloss over the older models, assuming they are 'worse' in every way.

hiya Miki,
I'm glad to hear you are racing again!
So what if you crash? Means you are pushing the limits!
When you die of old age, do you want to hand in a mint example of a body, never done anything, neatly parked in a soft bed? Or do you want to arrive at the pearly gates on a kicking and screaming bike, and in a smacked up body thats had some fun?

I dont mind a few dents but 2 years unable to walk wasnt my idea of fun. I did do 3 track days though wityh my tib and fib snapped when they removed the metalwork and said ooff you go. had to wait 6 months unsupported to get it fixed again then another year to get the frame removed and walking again

Oh yeah. I bought a 250 majesty as I could stand and get both feet flat on the floor and as its rev and go, no worries about the frame getting in the way.
Did 9500 miles on that with a bust leg and never dropped it even 2 up. so was never completely bikeless, though a rev and go isnt really the same as riding a proper bike.
Had to do lots of cycling to keep the muscle on my leg
