Out of curiosity with the way you plan to setup the exhaust, are you jetting the bike yourself or leaving it for a pro.

Re: My 2009 Winter Project
I'll take it to the dyno
Harder to jet properly without a rolling road and a fuel/air meter

Re: My 2009 Winter Project
Minor update
Subframes all done now, charging system including R6 Reg/Rec been installed and loom made appropriatly.
Engines been degreased and rubbed down, will be painted gloss black when the paint arrives!

Brought an Ammeter to install on the dash so I can keep an eye on the charging / discharging in real time

Re: My 2009 Winter Project
Well anybody who's read the 'argh' thread knows that all the rain we've had lately led to the engine filling up with water! Gutted.
Parafin gun on standby and with plenty of WD40 I blasted the shit out of the engine
I've used PJ1 Fast Black Gloss Engine / Case Paint to re-paint the Genny Cover / Clutch Cover / Rocker box covers. They look really good now!
Since the engine was full of water i've gotten it back in the frame and got it running to get rid of the water.
Can start work on the Forks / Swinging Arm now :-)
Subframes all good!

Engine cases

Parafin Gun!

Clean inside / Genuine Gasket
