If you're rolling down a hill and pull your clutch in fully, do you hear/feel your clutch grinding a little bit? (rather than being fully disengaged)
I had the feeling my clutch cable has stretched, the adjuster at the lever was all the way tight, and the adjuster near the clutch cover plate (is it called that) was 3/4 of the way tight. So now I've tightened the lower one all the way (about 5mm extra), and the upper one most of the way. Now the clutch biting point is when lever is only pulled a little bit. But if I pull the clutch fully it still doesn't completely disengage.

Have you tried increasing your clutch cable tension? Where does your clutch bite? if it bites near the handlebar you probably need to increase the tension.

old and nasty or the wrong grade of engine oil upsets your clutch too causing it to slip or 'hang up' as your describing !! did you perform the last oil change ?? how long ago ?? what with ?? either way change it for something fresh and suitable when you change your clutch cable !! even if its not contributing to the problem a nice oil change is never a bad thing . . .
