yours is a 03-04 not a 06 as the 06 is differant

Tank cover is fitted over the standard tank which had to be adjusted somewhat
Not really a problem if the kit isn't '06 as it was never meant for this bike in the first place.

I've wired in 2 relays for the headlights, one to take the load off the switch on dip, the other to keep the dip turned on when hi-beam is on (as per 600- both lamps on in 'hi') could you do me a diagram and instructions as i need some halp please

did you have to do very much to the subframe to make the tail unit fit? any close up pics would awesome

Rear subframes not been cut, but the various brackets had to be bent up/under as they could be seen with a less bulky seat unit.
I can do you some close-ups... when the fooking weather warms up
