hi memo, I am still having problems with my bike, fitted a new rectifier
today and its still the same.
I keep coming back to the Igniton switch, if you still have one let me know
how much, and I will give it a go on my bike.

I've had exactly the same problem. Went out the other day with a brand new battery, spent a good few hours out and about. Came home, parked up then went to go off to a mates . . . nothing! Wouldn't even bump start!!

If there is anyone else on here who's got a regulator/rectifier that works I'll happily pay, otherwise do you know a reputable dealer I could get one from. Went to Honda and laughed in the blokes face - "£100 to £150 mate." Yeah right!!!

Need one as soon as - going to a wedding next Thursday and I wanna show off the fact that I've got my licence!!! Oh plus there's gonna be plenty of hot girls round the place

ohh btw colin, when u go to fit the switch be very slow and careful with the bolts that hold the ignition switch in. so many times ive seen people go in there hard and snap them on bikes as therye quite well threadlocked and kinda designed to break if forced hard.
