If the brass is there then you should definately get one IMO.
According to my old man, in an issue of MCN, Tyga exhausts came 3rd on build quality, beating the likes of two brothers, micron, devil, leo-vince and so on....which is excellent concidering there resonable prices. (I believe 1st was akrapovic and 2nd was Termi' however i stand corrected to those avid MCN readers)
And being a Tyga owner i can vouch for this, the weld quality is simply excellent. And the raspy sound is dribble-worthy!

All Done.
Here are some pictures of the graphs, but just in case you can't make it out, the facts from the best runs are as follows:
Key-
Standard
Modified with Scorpion Can
Modified with Tyga Can
All standard - 58.60bhp, 26.5ft-lbs, 129.3mph
Tyga Pipe-work with Scorpion can (no baffle), larger airbox, 120 Dynojet mains, RO's Needles - 61.0bhp, 26.7ft-lbs, mph not tested
Tyga Pipe-work with Tyga can (no baffle), larger airbox, 120 Dynojet mains, RO's Needles - 61.20bhp, 27ft-lbs, 136.9mph
On this graph, the standard power-run colour coded as above, has a lower power curve between 4000-5000, and again at 9700 all the way to the red-line
This is the torque curve, again look at the difference in power delivery between the standard and modified set-ups
Lastly this is the top speed run of the modified set-up from 2nd gear till red line in 6th
The total cost including the Dyno time, parts, delivery charges and so on, stands at £670. However, IMO thats £670 well spent!
Video's of the top speed run and a 4th gear roll on are available however the quality isn't excellent due to it being taken from a 5mega-pixel LG mobile.

pretty impressive!! what end can are you keeping on it? Bet the sound was awesome wasnt it!!
So your experienced opinion. should i repair my old exhaust, collars, brackets etc or go for a full tyga with a blueflame on the end?? should i go for it, do i need to re-jet??

I'll be keeping the Tyga end can on. I just love the sound it makes!
As to buying the kit, I can't make your mind up for you, its completely up to you! Although personally i wouldn't do it if your only planning on keeping the bike for a year because that would just be a waste of time and money. Just think long and hard, £600+ isn't exactly pocket money...

did you go with recommended settings or did you try other settings on the dyno to fine tune the curve/delivery a bit more?

Went straight in with 120 dynojet mains and RO's needles and got it more or less bang on. Its a touch rich in some areas but to get it spot on it would take hours of fine tuning which i just cant be arsed with. I know theres potentially another ponie or two to be had, but im happy, at least for now
