Like I said, it could just be coincidence, and I'll test it on a long ride out to see if it's right, but I'm 100% sure it's made a difference (albeit small)
After the Ignitech it's big alloy rads
I'll have that wheel off you at the end of the week when I get paid mate if that's ok, thinking HRC gold might be an option along with some Conti RoadAttack 2's

Apart from a slightly duff battery (won't hold charge) the bike is going well, a couple of little things I'll be sorting over the next few months (new fork seals, oil, possibly RO kit, refurbed rear shock) but nothing that won't let me enjoy the bike
Damper fitted and working fine, but seems to make the bike wander a bit on the road, so will take it off and only use it for the track :) I'll see how money is as I have some overtime coming up so Ignitech in May, if not a little before

My new battery is on the way via DHL 24 :) Went for a Yuasa gel battery, so should see an end to me bump starting the VFR
I need to spend less than £90 a week for the next 2 weeks and then I'll have enough spare to pay for the Ignitech

Mate, I think it's going to be toast on friggen toast at his rate!!! Thinking very seriously about selling the CBR to fund the VFR or go towards a deposit for a 748, but honestly I love it to bits, I'd like nothing more than to keep it

748 I hear? Good taste. I've been looking into them myself.
Shame to split the 2 though. They look too good together.

It won't be until this time next year, and I'll see how prices go, seen a couple around the £2600 area. I'm not selling the CBR yet, but will be running out of room soon so it really doesn't leave me with a lot of option

Well, DHL have f'ed me over, my battery that I needed yesterday before I went to work is now sat in the Norwich depot, because they were 'unable to locate' my house, even though I've had maybe 20 deliveries here from them in the last year. I got the battery on guarantee'd 24hr because I was desperate for it, so might just refuse it and get my money back and go elsewhere as it's now not such a problem until wednesday.
Other than that the bike is running well, I need to find time to fit the NC24 slides, but might book a dyno day and get them fitted then so I can monitor any changes to the A/F ratio. I'm looking at how much it will cost to have the seals done on the forks, as one has started weeping, and might even do the brakes while I the front end apart.

I'll probably keep hold of them until I have some more bits to fit (Ignitech, RVF exhaust cams and carbon airbox to begin with) but will be asking the local dyno place tomorrow how much it'll be for 2 runs (pre and post NC24 slides) plus any tuning work needed.
I bought a battery off ebay after searching 'NC30 Gel' used the number to find a cheaper one, turns out the advert is wrong and the battery is too tall and skinny widthwise. Ordered the correct one now, so expecting it friday or monday.
Coming home from the Snetterton trackday last monday I was following a black Exige with a massive rear wing, met him in the carpark outside work the other day, turns out it's got a 430bhp 2ltr Audi 20VT in it! I was just about keeping up to 70ish from a standing start, but dropped behind after

need more power, and gotta remove the 180(? goes past 180 to another little marker, maybe 190?)kph so I can see if I can keep up a bit better
