Yes, indeed a very nice twinstack JHA! Keep the progress posted, would love to hear it on a running bike. :peace:
Did you order the tiga manifolds and collars?

@ Tony - yes, was on here and a few others. I wanted some other stuff so got my emails in.

That motor is my next race motor - fully ported (properly this time) and with the usual gears removed and total loss. I am in 2 minds as to build another bike or to swap the gear into the current chassis.

@ Viper - yes, it looks pukka. It is pukka! For the coin it is a total and absolute bargain

@ Micpec - am on the phone to Gav@Jap4 tomorrow for the collars etc..it will be fitted to no9 as soon as the bits arrive.

Woohoo..I always wanted a titanium twinstack  ... I reckon this one is a keeper.

Right on!!! 8-) Tasty bits!

But is yours a titanium system??? I believe JHA did not produce any titanium systems in twinstacks for NC30/NC35. They did produce a couple of titanium systems in SP1-set-up. But those are rare gems and one set alone would shoot a hole in your wallet i reckon! Next to that only TSR made titanium systems in production series for NC30/NC35 (no twinstacks). Correct me if I'm wrong.

My JHA SP was stainless and still cost me over £700 by the time it went on the bike, but worth every penny IMO.

I just looked at that set-up again Mark, fair play dude, 'tis a lovley system.

They were there when I bought it...!!

Purple bolts are very very naff though...so I have no excuse.

On an exhaust related note - it is nice....

Mark, I just tried to focus on the way the welds are made on your exhaust system. It is a twinstack system, no doubt! 100% sure

But I find it some what strange to understand that this is a genuine JHA....I motivated: on the above quoted pics I see an extra mount plate welded on the exhaust tube...it is on the rear Y-section (rear piece that goes from 2-into-1 exit). I have seen this kind of welded mount plate before on a twinstack system (I believe Drunkn Munky may can help in this. Tony, do you have similar plate on your twinstack exhaust)? JHA normally does not have extra mount plate on their exhaust systems.

Also, at the rear exhaust Y-section that fits one of the twinstack end cans is welded together, other words, it cannot be separated from eachother, right? On a JHA I believe that their should be just a small exhaust section with a little bend/curve, 1) that can be detach from the Y-section and 2) fits one of the twinstack cans.

Please send your feedback :peace: I like this exhaust-puzzle-game... ;)

Maybe I am wrong about this, as I did some research on exhaust systems that JHA produced, for example the TYPE-D twinstack systems with kevlar cans, non-titanium (not sure about any other TYPE a up to C or even higher rating).

It is a good game ;)

The piece on the engine bench in the top pic is the section from front to rear silencer. Two swoopy front pipes join this well behind the sump.

The engine mounted piece is 2 pieces, each header joins to the rear Y piece and thence to the silencer

The front pipes are out of shot.

I'll take an "exploded" pic tomorrow for you :geek:

Then, you can tell me what the hell it is!

Both lower sections have tabs on for brackets - they look to bolt to the triangle suspension knuckle like a huigger does? Strange, but not removed my other system yet so cannot really figure it out
