hes putting STOCK 2 Map on my ignitech, as i havent ordered a USB yet as ive been told they can be hit and miss between comp's,

so i am going to borrow one first.

I'm going to give Rick a ring closer to the time I'll be wanting to buy, to discuss my options with him.

In VFR related news the last few days I've had some parts arrive, and execting the last 2 to arrive tomorrow morning. I've had;

Hoses
Hose clamps
Damper

Just waiting on the NC24 carbs with the curve bottomed slides, and the damper bracket for the fork leg :D

Nice to see the hoses in red, really suite the colour scheme.

Thanks Jim :) It's a shame the hoses will be hidden alot of the time though :( I have noticed a difference in the engine temps though, it's struggling to move off the blue, whereas it used to comfortably sit around 70oC without moving, even in stop start traffic :grin:

So you think the new hoses are helping the engine run cooler?

Rhory, I'd like to say they have helped, I left it idling in the garden for 20 minutes whilst doing some testing (kept blowing the main fuse, changed the regulator and it seems to be working just fine again) and it was only just over 70 degrees, whereas before it would have been almost up to 90, maybe I had a tiny airlock last time or something, or a slight build up in the old pipes which was restricting flow a little.

Next month might be a bit slow, I have a 5 week pay schedule, but May I'll have about £150 more than normal, so will be after the Ignitech (unless I get impatient and get it anyway :D)

That's interesting to hear as I only hear people saying they bought them as they were red/blue etc. So salvo hoses and big rads for the win.

I still have that rim if your interested
