Thats what mine looked like when i tried a ethos link pipe and can on a TSR system.
Are your rear manifold bolts tightened up with the pipes in the right position?

Re: my vfr 400 nc30 project
In my anger after the rgv started playing up i brought it home and started to play with the nc, Im now even more annoyed as i seem to of binned a bag of bit from Rick o which cost around £80
Anyway had a mate pop round so we slug on the ses clip ons.
My mate trying it out for size, the clip on's are alot longer than standard

Got the leavers back on

Started to put the clocks back together along with the brand new clock foam , this was when i realisted i was missing the parts from Rick. i needed the new plastic bits to hold the foam on.

so all in all im quite hacked off

Re: my vfr 400 nc30 project
Iv have been putting off the carb rebuild for ages and ages but i decided today was the day.
the fronts and rears had the right size standard jets but one of the fronts had a 5 hole emulsion tube and a rear had a 4 hole one fitted, i have fitted 120 fronts and 122 rear and the pilot screw set to 2.25 turns.
hopefully this will sort the fueling out.

Re: my vfr 400 nc30 project
Good to see you got the fairing on mate :) Apart from fitting the whole lot over the rads did you have any other problems? I found my stock NC30 V-piece wouldn't fit, so got an RVF one from edg
Did you get round to sorting that problem with the exhaust? If you did what was the problem?
