Michael, very nice work on that bike!

About that OEM fuel tank with the air tube holes...did you do it yourself and did you recoat the inner side with new coating?

PS: did you get my pm regarding the Gerd rads?

Yes, I know this... it's wax for depilation.... :clap: :up:

Just question releated of the air box - are this fine if the throttle bodies will be inside of the air box. As I remember the air flows can be incorrect in such big air box. Are you sure this is good idea to use sucb big airbox ?

Very nice.

This is thread is becoming very repetitive.....awesome work all the way through! :grin:

Your intake setup looks very similar to the kit RC45's that I've seen.

I don't think the airbox can be too big. Limiting factors are usually the shape of the bike and size of the tank.

No i did not do it myself. The first parts i bought in Austria, tank, airbox, seat and fairing.
Michael made a copy of all this parts and made the carbon parts.

The intake setup is a copy from the rc45 kit. I will post some detail pics.

In my opinion the airbox can“t be big enough because when you want more power you need the air.
Often the tank goes into the rear of the bike, now cou can create room for a larger airbox.
