hi guys

soz it took so long , busy bee and all that , would really like a final opinion on my forks, so pics as promised.


internals.....these are deffo early type internals yes.

but what about the stanchion and bottom slider part of the fork??
going JUST by the wsm pics, these look like later type parts, slide and stanchion. ?? what you think??

ello CMS.

so thats a deffo pal. funny how the wsm exploded diagrams arnt so accurate with their details. cheers laddy. gunna contact rick O and order me up a new fork then :)

well, the manual covers the bikes from 1990 onwards and they only had the later forks.

my manual has pics of the 89 model too. vfr K model. and the close up diagram for there forks, thats why i was so confused. cos the pics dont match my forks!? lol

im ashamed to say but still no updates, havnt even touched the old girl :(

watching some forks on egay though so fingers crossed.

later type, adjusters on the top are a dead giveaway :up:
