ill be getting a number board at the end of the month, absolutely skint this month after just blasting all my wages in cornwall on the family :)

i have my hoses to fit/finish this week, bought 2m each of 5mm, 6mm, 8mm & 10mm Blue Silicon Hoses, i have a nice little bottle from the kids section at morrisons for a catch tank for the cooling system and the right hand head light will be going once i get my number board. need to cut some orange perspex i bought for the Left hand light,

as i said earlier on i got the carbs to rip apart and refill the cooling system and i can go for a late summer/autumn ride not been out on her now for over a month :S

Carbs,
Fitted 35 Pilot jets thanks to sam billing, mate your a legend :) undid pilot screws and blasted them with carb cleaner and 150PSI or compressed AIR! checked float heights all ok,
removed a washer from each slide,

i do have some NC24? slides BUT the diaphrams have shrunk so ive left them to soak in petrol for the night and i shall grease them up until i get chance to fit them. i did some measurements the NC24 slides are actually taller, and i cant actually see any gain over the stock nc30 ones to be honest but will try them when the diaphrams swell back up. also these slides only have 1 x 2.5mm dia hole?

It seems a little bit of blue overload to me! Where did it happen that Samco hoses (and blue ones specifically) became de rigeur whenever new hoses were needed?

you say blue over load its all under the skin when the plastics are on, i had a red silicon breather on the petrol tank and thought it would look shit if i had blue hoses elsewhere, and i thought fuck it ill do the others, got the hosing from ebay one company AFS where complete morons btw, so be aware before you buy. hoses only cost me about £12 so didnt seem a huge expence to match them all up.

im a bit like guy martin in away dot the i's and cross the t's, make sure the cable ties are all the same way, a perfectionist as such
