I don't know about the rest of you but I've had enough of banging my head against the wall, it's starting to give me a headache
I'll not bother with this thread or offering Ersan any more help, it's not appreciated and always ignored

For christ's sake!! Why don't you listen to these guys?? If you are completely mechanically illiterate don't mess with the bike, no1 you don't understand what your doing...no2 if you get something wrong it could kill you whilst on the thing.... No3 if you stop fucking about with it and go through the problems systematically you may get somewhere. I bought a dog of a nc30 last sept loads wrong bike sorted mot'd and running faultlessly in 3 weeks. JUST LISTEN TO THE EXPERTS FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!

Come on Ersan...nearly there dude..
1: have you checked and tested that fuel tap? Happy it does not leak?
2: When the bike locks - put it in gear and rock it back and forth - you need to be moving it a foot or so to rotate the motor - if it has fluid in it you need to get it out, the valves opening should help - then try start it.
3: you need to check the stator output using AC.
4: check the battery with it turned off DC
Sort one thing properly each time...it is as simple as that. It is only little ballache stuff - the bike is nearly there.

More than 13 volts at 5000 rpm is a good starting point, charging system is functional. You also need to measure the battery voltage with lights On to give a better indication if there is sufficient capacity in the charging system.
When exactly does the engine "jam", does it occur when the engine is running or only when trying to start. By jam do you actually mean that the engine just stops cranking as if you stopped pressing the START button or is there a mechanical locking sound/action when jamming occurs?

Yes but I found the vid less than informative.

okay, so yeah when the bike jams, it makes a clonk noise. it sometimes loud, and sometimes isnt loud. it ONLY happens when trying to start the bike SOMETIMES , not all the times. and NEVER happens when the bike is running. i have checked my electrical system a while back with the help of neo i think, he gave me instructions and to write things down onto paper and to test them. and i have, everything electrically is working fine, the charging system is good...there could be other reasons why the battery is dying. when the bike was off the road, i took the battery and used it on other things. lets not go into details with that. and yes, moving the bike back and forth a foot or two seems to fix the problem. I THINK, the rear left cylinder is causing the hydrolock.... since my carb was leaking remember? so my theory, is.... welll over night its leaking into the cylinder.. and in the morning its jamming. so my carb float in rear left one might have been buggered for a looong time i just didnt know about it.. however... the float height all seem to be within spec... 6.8mm... and its all 6.8mm, the mechanic has not fixed the floats. BUT when ever i try and test the floats while the carbs on a desk, i jsut cant get it to leak. so im confused here.

i cant, i dont know how to, thats the problem, the float heights are set all to the correct height, i dont know what else the problem could be..... ive checked literally everything. the diaphragms, the needles the jets, emulsion tubes, everything.
