What is the price for Motec - I'm going to use MicroSquirt as far as it has lot of support ant lot of information.

Well Parus, the m400 is 2400Euro...But, of course, you want lambda enabled 635eu... and logging capabilities 147eu... and then start adding up sensors... it will be at least near the 4000 Euro mark . Ah, and I forgot... plus VAT.
And about Microsquirt, is it a group developed board similar to Arduino or something alike? Are you into electronics?

4000 EUR just for the EMS and sensors.... are they use brilliants and processor made from gold ? I sceared to ask how much fabrication of throttle bodies already cost to Michael...

Microsquirt is open-source planform for engine management system (EMS) - http://www.microsquirt.info/ - small version of MegaSquirt for the cars. The comercial version is VEMS which also very familiar amound of tunners. There is succesfull projects based on this platform http://www.msruns.com/index.php and there is plenty info about fitting this EMS and making fuel injection. I cound't find better EMS for our 400cc bikes in comparison features-quality-support-price. BTW is cost me 450$ new with harness. So, I'm planning EFI cost me between 1000 - 1500$ totally...

I have been following you bikes evolution over the past 4 or five years and, it is sad for me to say, but I have only been able to steal one thing: your shock linkage (and sorry, I did the theads the other way round)

By the way how do you manege to fit 180s at the rear? I can barely fit KR108 165/55.

The linkage looks very good, it is very easy to fit a 180 rear tyre. You must have a 520 chain and some other bits

I have to say it: In Germany we say T.D. is a pharmacy because he is so expensive, but he makes a very good job with his MoTeC M800 modular Wire Harness. I will not pay a lot of money for all the parts and the bike will not run and i have to seach the troubleshooting in the system.
So i buy my my parts from Thorsten for the first bike.

I think you can take a cheaper ecu and a cheaper wire harness, example:

hi michael i would like to know the specs of the wheel...
does the front wheel fit plug and play with the oem discs?
how much do the wheels weight? and the 5,25 rear wheel?

The front wheel will fit plug and play with the oem Honda discs.
3,5" x 17"

Rear wheel will fit with some special bolts for the rear brake disc.
5,25" x 17" or 5,5" X 17"
weight of a 5,5" wheel 3,45kg

new fuel injection. Luis a friend of mine help to do this kind of work. Here are the first pics of this work:

i'd say the answer is in this picture tony, at a guess i'd say only half of that tank in the background holds fuel and the other half is where the air gets in via the air scoops. finally someone has put the scoops to use.

am i right michael ?
