id say get them re chromed they look a little worse for wear and once you get a few big chips they tend to get worse and not better,

but if your confident then make sure you wet and dry them well, close you eyes and feel them with your eyes shut, it will make you touch/feel senses better,

so a little news.... my left fork is chuffed, not going to risk using the scratched/chiped stanchion plus, the little cup shape bit that sits in the bottom of the fork is completey fudged too!!! so ill be on the look out for cheap set/single fork, till then, not much i can do. so the vfr has had to take a back seat for a few weeks :(

spoke to rick o and he has some stanchions and that lyinf around but funds have hit an all time low lol

the resson, i bought a gsx 750F lol a shitter but project to do with my brother.....

so im now skint and cant afford the nc30 bits lol. back to work for me so not much will get done for a while i expect!!! shit!!!

I would reckon they are the same for all forks mate..

deffo seals and so on. Cannot see why the bushes would be different either.

Rebuilt calipers with braided hoses and good quality pads are more than enough for road/track use.

iv bought new HEL lines and new SBS pads, also new pistons for the rear . so the nissans are are up to the job i take it. would it be more a bling thing then you think doing the conversion....or mainly track orientated.
