Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread
Looks like my standard system is shot now
so looking at a stainless system from Motad, anyone had any experience of Motad products? It's a 4-2-1, 304 grade polished stainless, priced at £270

Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread

Similar cost me about 200$ + around 100$ to ship it to Ukraine. I also sell end can for 90$ to cover postage and fit TYGA maggot - because I like it and it looks little bit lighter.
Here is a picture.

As for the performance gain I'm really doubt you will be get something just fitting exhaust (ever you can make worse). This is complex process - you need jetting carbs, air filter ( and air box will be also good). So, in this case you will be get something.

Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread
Hi all,
What exhaust system is this?
It is sprung and separates into Seven pieces.

The link pipe has spring hooks on each side, the inner hook is lower and the outer spring hook is higher up.

Have been studying that for a while and the mounting tabs are that of JHA/Ganador like my VFR system.

Re: CBR400RR exhaust thread
Hey all, anyone know how loud either the 1 piece DIC system and the Moriwaki system are? Want to know if it's going to cause any problems or not (please say at least one will make your ears bleed
)
Should anyone wish to know, the DIC 1 piece with banana can weighs in at 4.08kg or 9lbs wouldn't be surprised if a standard mild steel system comes in at 7 or 8kg without the can!
