Nothing more to say really, if it's been organised it'll be here.

Never say never. Pending knee operation (think this in op #5) and wether or not I am going to the ACE in July will determine my attendance. If I am going, I will be in touch with Paul and your good self. Big bike will be on the road by then, but not decided if taking the big bike or the little one (if going)
I shall be cruising up " fully loaded, electronically suspended, traction will be controlled, ABS will kick in if required, heated grips on, rider + luggage setting, sport mode, mis-guided by SatNav " all on B roads and over mountains, with no requirement to refuel in flight, in fact I'll get my head down as it will probably drive itself.

Then I will watch others enjoying themselves bighug

And weep
Well Mr Smith, you are welcome to ride the enterprise up to mine and follow me over the next morning - assuming you can keep up with the transit sport

well there we go, you have an end point to come to Nige the night before, either fetch some camping shite and sling it in the van and we all stop over (you aint kipping in my tranny lol) at the circuit, or book a hotel or something, and you can come with me in the van if you like - and even welcome to a blast on the CRM on track.

we can sort something out but more than welcome here pal

Awesome, would love to go round the that track on something that goes faster than 45mph. Perhaps we can set aside a 30 min ride for you on the GSA. Obviously we will have to lower feckin everything.

Ha, ha. It is however, a feckin banging bike. Really opened the old eyes to "relative speed". Never really hammered B roads on any sports bike. Get on the Bs and single track, and at 60, shit really does pass you by, and can carry its own weight in shit you will never need apart from a doss bag and some trainers. + when you exit a village on a B you are straight on to national speed limit, exit a village on an A and down here it is 40, 50, and most probably double whites.

OK, so it turns out I've broken my knee one too many times now and it's no longer feasable to be repaired without having to break my tibia and reset the tibial cap into a more 'adequate' position... Erm, I'm alright, thanks. I'll just suck it up and move on.

Now, decisions, decisions. Big bike or wee bike? How long will I stay? Tent or B&B??? Need to decide what's happening.

if your knee is giving you jip then i guess which ever you are comfier with

Suggestion, sent a big parcel over to me before the event, i will bring it with me in the van to save you carrying loads innit
B&B is comfier, but the camping option is a good laugh that evening for us all. that said choice between a shitty tent and a nice B&B - no brainer for me.
