wow! nice levers you got!!! what brand are they? where did you got them?
CRG levers, bought them from Dennis Kirk, but you can get them everywhere, E-Bay, etc. Pazzo's are sort of a knock-off of the CRG's. CRG's were around first. $200/pair.

Looking Good! But I really want to see the fairings!!
Let me know if you want to get rid of the stainless exhaust hanger, I removed the rear pegs so I need something to hold up the exhaust.
Oh and where did you get that seat cover material?, I need to recover mine as well. Thanks.

Patience Grasshopper, hopefully I'll get the fairings in the next few weeks. I might be able to part with the hanger and some seat material once I get mine done. Keep an eye on this space for progress.

And almost 2 full tanks of gas.

Not that we can complain, it's worse overseas.

Where did you get the heatshield? And does anyone know if VFR heatshields are the same as RVFs?

Nothing too exciting, slow and steady progress. Really trying not to rush and take my time. Got to put my birthday present to good use, nice large fan, it's been hot lately. Re-taped the wiring harness, cleaned all the connectors, siliconed everything, and put dialectric grease on all the connections. Complete cleaning and overhaul of the carbs. Re-jetted (110 mains), removed .5mm shim from needles and replaced with 1mm shims, set float heights to 12.5mm (one side both were spot on and the other side both were at 9mm?) , and set pilot screws to 1 5/8 turns out. One slide was locked up from some corrosion on the needle. Cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted choke linkage, idle adjuster, and synch screws.

Looking great Jeff, first time I have seen a wiring loom on a catwalk with a wind generator, ce'st chic baby!

Carbs look mint but might benefit from some dry ice and lazers.
Seriously though, nice work man.
