Cleand up the stand a tad more and got it a coat of zinc, not quite as good as the abba stand but its cost me next to nothing.
Gave it a test whirl too.



Thermostat housing is also painted, will get a pic of that later

No updates on BCF in a while.

I looked yesterday and I think it's on page 3 now

Not a huge amount on that bike to do now.

Waiting for after the holidays to get the tank modified (hopefully) by a chap on the PB forum.
Then it'll all go off to get painted, no idea who to go to for that.

Got some parts I needed for christmas.
The overflow bottle and HRC carb kit from Rick Oliver (cheers again ).


I got the finished thermostat bolted up.


Got the valve lash all done.


And fitted this, bit nicer than a cable tie


Wanted to get the exhaust on but the polisher let me down getting it done before the holiday.

just a quick question how did you mount the nc23 oil cooler on the front? did it require any good modifications? or does it fit on the original oil filter mounts? and would it be possible to put up a bit more info on the water pump set up and the nc23 cooler! very interested in the mod! i have been looking at doing the old nc24 mod but it doesnt look half as nice! rc30 style!

thanks! so basically i would need nc23 oil cooler, nc23 oil cooler stud/boilt! and just to machine the water pump housing to accommodate a flow and return! ??? and obviously water hoses!
