Bit of a update, brooky has sent me a proof of the decals to size up, check it out

and a pic to compare
Looks pretty dam good i think, i wanna change a few things like the shape of the a on the am-pm decal to be more square on top but overal very good. The chinese writting decals are missing so if anyone can read chinese and knows what letters/font they are that would be helpfull.
Also the michelin man.....nothing wrong with it but im never going to be running michelins, keep it for replica sake or out it?
The bike itself is looking bare again but have some more parts on the way to fit,
Rick O CDI
TPS
Electric water pump
Nitron shock
Decent unmolsted OE undertray
New EBC waveys
BEET rearsets
TSR TI SP1 system
The TSR cans are mullered unfortunatly but will do for trackdays so i wont mind drilling the cap for a baffle as kris assures me these systems are mad loud. Full bore cans for the road

Electric water pump turned up today
My hand scales tell me its a little lighter than the stock pump but thats besides the point, im hoping this will keep the motor cool enough for road use without using a rad fan. Looks solid and well made, heres a link to where i got it from
http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Motorcycl ... 23/0/48769
Thanks to lange for pointing me in its direction, just need some samco hose to cut up now, anyone got any spare?
Also thought id have a go at fitting a CBR6rr shock someone gave me to try, will do a write up on it if anyones interested but in short you need to,
1. file down the inside of the top frame mount vert slightly so the holes line up.
2. i had to remove the coil mounting plate on my ally subframe, original maybe different.
3. a small amount removed form the battery tray and a raised floor for the battery to sit on.
4. a couple of washers to pack out the top mount
All in all a piece of piss although i dont know if it will stay on long enough to ever get tested, fits nice tho. This one is off a 06 model so has the small res, the older bigger res one would stick out a lot further and not sure if that would mess with anything.

Looks awesome man.
Have always liked the electric water pump.. Does it have a variable speed function? Can you get temps out of it too?
Money wise, that is probably a sneaky cheap HP or 2... I already have a blanking plate..

Looking good mate, interested in this electric water pump. I wouldn't mind losing the fan on the OKI

I dont think it is variable speed, lange has had his fitted for a year or so with no issues. Theres no temp output but ive just taken mine off the stock sender, The stat also needs to be removed.
Next up is a oil cooler, and then.....and then........and then..... and then..... i dont think i'll ever stop messing with this bike
