I just realised your only in Stourbridge, thats only like 5 miles from me :D Bikes looking nice, trapped air in the banjos? I always seem to get that too except I use a rag and hit it with a spanner approach :D 5am and just finished flushing the fluid on my NC24, the fact that it was brown with added bits suggested it was long overdue for a change.

Is there any advantage to drilling the slides tho, never heard of that before reading this forum

drilling the slides basically increases the response of it, allowing it to open quicker at rpm to allow more fuel air thru to be ignited, so it is worth doin if you got an system on there or for racing :D

Ah haha cool!

Well I go upto Bassets pole (Sutton Coldfield), swancoat (bridgnorth) and the vic (loughborough) quite a lot for the bikers meets so when you get the bike sorted out if you ever wanna go for a ride up let me know. It'd be nice to see another VFR as there few and far between, last Tues I saw 1 NC30 up the pole out of about a 1000 bikes.

definetly m8, been to bassets pole a few times, and down 'the cafe'. also go down the anchor (just of the a449 befor kiddy) and the wheel used to be good before the police spoiled it :evil: like i said def up 4 it as soon as i get it finished :D

hi all, come to the time when i need to decide what colour im paintin it! its booked in at the sprayers on the 21st, so open to all suggestions! have seen a nc35 on the tyga site that i like the look of as its different and imo looks damn nice!

btw i know tygas not to everyones liking but i really wanted to do it, but...... in the background to this project iv collected a fair few spares which ive powder coated, cleaned, polished with this builds bits, to build a standard clean nc30, which ill start as soon as this baby is done!

nah go for a retro rep as it is still an older bike, im going for rothmans because they look awesome on modern bikes, absolute classic scheme
