I'm going to see what Rick suggests, he hasn't got Öhlins shocks listed any more, but I'm hoping he can still get me one. If not I'll be after a Nitron one I expect. Will be doing the full works on the front too, including the Racetech Gold G2R valvez, full bush & seals and the upgrade kit

The ohlins he sells or sold is valved for the stock linkage so would need work if you want to use the hrc link. With cash to splash mate this would be my choice,

Hrc linkage
bmw s1000rr ohlins ttx shock and slightly reworked if needed to work with the linkage although I expect it won't be needed, I know of someone running this setup with good results.

Payout has been agreed, now waiting on the cheque (been told up to 21 days for it to arrive in my postbox.)

Carbon stuff has been discussed with Gavin @ Jap4 :P in slightly less obvious news I might be buying a pair of ZXR400Ls, one is a road bike the other an ex-bemsee F400 race bike, complete with small fuel cell and dummy tank, Promach rearsets, Öhlins shock etc etc plus 4 sets of wheels, at least 5 engines and enough other spares to build a third bike!
