Must be those secret HRC race cams! lumpity lumpity lope.
It would seem that it would have to be a problem with the carbs? Seems like it is surging and racing then slowing back down. A heart arythmia I suppose, get her to a cardiologist or lay off the caffeine.

its not easy m8, and bear in mind it takes DAYS toget that type of finish, just warning ya before you try and do what i did.... theres no goin back....
but if ya wanna try you need a d/a sander, but you might get away with an electric palm sander etc. you need this to sand of what i think is the anodised layer of the frame, it takes ages and it goes shitty lookin all over but once it goes back to bare ally you can start sandin it up thru the grits, ie p240 up to p3000 (wet). then get yourself a polishin mop and some autosol metal polish to bring in that mirror finish!
hope this helps, but like i say, its a bitch to do and i hated it! but on the other hand the finish is worth it imo, even if i have to polish every week to keep the shine!

You could use oven cleaning gel or spray, anything with sodium hydroxide as an active ingredient, this will eat through anodising but be carefull not to leave it on too long as it will eat into alloy too, apply a little and rinse off, take a look and continue. goggles, mask and gloves are a must. still a crappy job but saves a little time. Like Yayo says, once you start there's no going back, beware.

or get it aqua blasted, then you are starting with an almost polished bare alloy surface, and its easy :)
i had my polished frame powdercoated though..
cos im lazy and anything polished on my bike will end up white and furry.
