No doubt you guys doing CP will have received the e-mail today regarding Endurance Legends for May 2017 at Donnington. I went to 1st one last October at Snetters and it was pretty good crack. Will deffo be booking the Donni trackdays for at this as never ridden there & reckon it will be even better event. Maybe we should put a team together?
Any idea what the eligibility is for bikes to enter? I'd be up for it.
pre 1986 bikes mate - have a read of the
www.endurancelegends.com
Looks like it's for bikes registered before 31st Dec 86 so how about a cbr400 aero? Just so happens I have an hrc exhaust and Cdi for one

Liam you need a gsxr if you want to go oldie 400 racing,
lightest and quickest 4.
Those cbr's were pigs compared to the Suzi at 31 kg heavier.

The endurance legends website says pre 1995, which matches last year's event. They were happy to let RVF's in.
August at Donington ought to be less wet and cold thatn Snetterton was in October!

No Tony the classic td is 95 but the endurance 4hr is as Mark says 86.
It does say they will allow newer bikes if they fit with the concept of the race so a 24hr rvf400 replica might at a squeeze be let in.
I got half a 85 Gixer 4 slabby in the shed, could be possible to build this but time would be a factor for me, never know!

Hmm how about my blue fox cbr? That actually is an endurance bike! It led the 88 Suzuka 4 hour til they were taken out by another bike!
If they would let it in that would be ace

They run bigger bikes in this though like VFR750's and the like. Or is there a smaller class running?
Also do you need a race licence?
