What discs are you using with the 675 forks?
I have to agree with you about the braking with these - They are unreal. I was braking from flatout into a 1st gear hairpin and i thought i would start at the same spot as before and had to let the brakes off twice
Ended up braking around 20m+ later and still having a bit in reserve
Are you using the standard 675 springs?

Yep all stock internals jeff, going to change to Ktech after this season though. There RS250 discs but essentially the same fitment as the NC, pads over hang a touch but as you know the braking is awesome.I'll change the front wheel to 675 so i can run 675 discs in time.

Do stock discs line up correctly as you use the same yokes?

Also how difficult would you think it would be to fit the stock mudgaurd to the 675 forks?

yes stock discs are fine- they are slightly smaller diameter you can use them with no mods (other than trimming/filing back the top edge of the pad).
I am going to get the correct amount around 5mm - 7mm machined off my 675 calipers and get shims made if i want to sell on.

Stock 675 Mudguard will fit but not NC35

Im going down the route of fitting a 675 front wheel and discs, 675 wheels are super light so there's a bonus.

Rvf fender won't fit although you could bond the 675 sides to the rvf top.
