Thats very kind of you EC - I am just going to run it a bit, hopefully do a track day next week at Mallory maybe. I had a zip tie on the lever over night and its not much better, but it's perfectly useable for now. I will let you know how I get on next week if I get it out on track. Right I'm off now to go and watch the BSB at Oulton

I know this is an old post, but I thought I would add this just in case anyone else came across it and started to stress out about calipers sticking.
It is completely normal to only get a turn or so out of the wheel with it raised and the calipers attached. This has been the case with the dozens of bikes I've worked on. I'm surprised no one else picked this up? The square brake seals do retract the seals slightly but there is still a fair bit of friction between the pads and the discs.
