going to clean them up tomorrow evening, get the PC off around the hub so the discs site neatly, gonna fit 3 stainless bolts on each side until my other 6 arrive, stick my new bearings in and get them ballanced on saturday,

then hopefully sat my other bolts should be here, refit to the bike and rebuild her again :D

I have to say these wheels look even better in the flesh, I wasnt sure about wavey discs on an NC30 but after seeing Ricks RO's ones bolted on Ive been converted, cracking job mate

ive taken carbs off again, but still think its due to spark as i sprayed some brake cleaner into C2 VStack, and still nothing, so have cleaned, i checked the spark gap, it was less than 0.50mm for some reason?

so enlarged gap and swaped with C1 plug and also checked that gap and was also less than 0.50mm

plugs back in, C2 carb i took bowl off and sprayed loads of carb clean in and blasted jets etc just to be double sure, will put back to getether this eve and see if i can get her firing on all cylinders, and then finish ballancing the carbs.

gonna also make sure i got all the ballancing right then play with cdi

After a few hours in the garage with many pissed off moments she fired back to life last night, i think it was mainly down the float heights.

ballanced the carbs by hand non of these fancy fangled tools i just got my hand in with a 7mm socket,
then the comment of the night came when uber pikey said "i have the touch of a rapist" dont know what it means as such but i guess its because i could get my hand in and ballance them so perfectly so im available for carb balance hire :)

the ignitech then got plugged and a much more noticeable midrange on the stand, going to finish fine tunning and putting plastics on etc and maybe go for a little ride :)

also checked and set spark gaps to 0.60mm,

and gave them a clean off with the wire wheel as they were rather black.

next mission will be MR DYNO

had to make a small bracket and spacer for the hugger to fit better, no way it could have ever fitted one the standard mountings before.

I've just dropped a few bits n pieces off with mark for PC
