Hmmm ... better calipers but smaller dia forks, did you use 41 or 38 dia ???
Ifr you wanted better brakes you should have kept the TJ front end and fitted a radial master / braided hoses / HH pads that would have slowed you up witha bit more control

Also, are you using the 1wg wheel or the 3tj. The 3tj wheel is wider to accept the 120 tyre
