+1 on ricks kit, ive used it on both road and track and its been spot on. Mines a NC35 but the principles the same.

How long ago was your fork oil changed? It can make a decent difference to the performance of the forks.

stickshift is right I put putoline fully synthetic oil in mine made a big difference ,
