Parafin all the way!
I soak a rag in it and wipe the wheels with it, and use a brush for the tough spots.
Be careful when using it around your chain unless you want to be re-lubing the chain

DONT WASTE MONEY ON MUC OFF ITS CRAP. I got myself a bottle for £12 and used half of it on two wheels...

parrafin is the only job. if it can convert this rear wheel

TO THIS
its the only job, you can see a bottle of muc off in one of the pics, but its a load of crap on really greasy things, working fine on thin little specks of grease

How can you tell viper?
It looks like an AFAM brand sprocket to me, is it because you can't see the stamp?

As far as I gathered it the step in the sprocket should point towards the wheel, not away from it. Looks identical to my Renthal sproket I've fitted atm.

@ SS: its not an AFAM, its a renthal hard anonised one
@VB: you are right it is a Renthal one, and was fitted by myself, but was put on exactly the same way as the previous one was put on by a reputable wheel in/ wheel out bike fitters in londonium
