Yeah i asked local main dealer (like pulling teeth!) and a small local company that does bike bits with no joy.

I havent got my heads off yet, but iv got a spare engine in bits and looking at that and a picture of the nc30 head gasket i think they might well fit.

Anyone got an old nc30/35 head gasket i could have to see??

Iv just drained the coolant out, well whats left of it, about 1/4 of a litre! Think the head gaskets have gone for sure!

I have a new on I will take a photo of for you?

That would be excellent if you could mate, I dont mind buying the things if they are about right, its just nice to see first.

new cylinder head time....

Its sort of funny really, when i bought this bike i got another one with it, the other bike came in alot of bits including a stripped down engine because it had dropped a valve.

Just as i was the leaving the blokes house he ran and stopped me, he found the replacment cylinder head he had managed to get hold of for the other bike!

Its not a good thing the engine going like that but atleast iv got the spares to sort it out :D

Did you manage to get a picture of that head gasket?
