Althouh the lower part of the shock sticks down more if you look the original picture it shouldnt hit the collector box where it is :s

It certainly wont hit mine anyway as the exhuast is on the other side.

Will have to pick up a cbr600 shock and see what it doesnt fit, im puzzled, im sure it was a 600rr shock a friend in Japan is using

Do you wanna come down on the weekend sometime if your free and take a look and see if im doing something totoally stupid??

Its so much easier than having to get photos and try and work out whats going wrong.
