did you get the bike retuned to the pipe ... ???
you could be over or underfuelling and that can damge the valves.

Just got het mounted yesterday, i reseated all the valves and three new valves. This was just to get my bike back on the road, seeing as soon she'll be getting a 600 engine soon. But she's booked for a dyna run tomorrow to get her setup for the new pipe and the new K&N filters.

Just liked the flames :twisted:

92 FZR 400 RRSP number 25 of 100, imported new into charles hurst, belfast.

complete with race kit, its own plaque no 25 of 100, key fob, handbook, and toolkit.
all stamped and frame numbers

after market paint job, believed to be Ian Bell Racing (IOM TT side car racer)

Paint job is airbrushed only lettering is stickers (£1000) estimated wouldnt look at this paint job, its getting a little tired now though.

Stainless steel down pipes made by dens exhausts London, with exup value remaining.

my old FZR RR 3TJ

pain in the ass bike, cost me a fortune, unreliable but very quick, no exup valve, dyno'ed at 65bhp I think, it was 5bhp over a new ZXR at the time, fast wee bike
