i could not justify spending that on a UK bike!
i have one, and am trying to tidy it up and find it soo much more hassle that a Jap bike! if truth be told, i would love to get rid of mine, and if they are getting good money i might be tempted!

I may have the chance of another UK NC30 locally, 7000m and pretty well as good as the one in the shop, though not so original, having had some paintwork done, but to a good standard, and completely serviced ready to go. I am spoilt for choice now.

He wants around £3,500, more reasonable, I think.

One question, is the front fork silver finish a metallic or pearlescent, rather than just a flat silver finish?

Dave, good call on that low mileage bike. way too much money IMO.
fork legs are metalic.
3.5k is more like it, but will you ride it and sell the others or keep the lot ? use the import as a play thing, use the UK one to keep the RC company and the odd sunny sunday bike.

Good question Paul, the dealer said he would take the old import nc and and my friend asked if I would ride his new one much.

I tend to keep my old bikes until I am sure I like the new one but as you know this idea tends to end up with a shed full.

With a 900ss, 2 nc30s and 4 RC30s it may now be time to become sensible and and have a sort out, but I do like to ride most of them, it is only the RC I bought new that I dont use [original tyres etc ]

What should I do?

I was thinking more like, a bigger shed, but I will bear your suggestion in mind.

dave, if you can afford it, and want the NC30, and can justisfy it (it looks nice and makes you happy) then go for it. lifes too short. if you dont use it after 12 months or so, sell it on or swop it for something you would use.
However as you know owning alot of bikes becomes stressfull in itself. i am at the time of year where my MOT centre becomes my second home as every month i have an MOT throughout the summer. RC30 was yesterday and he said "its not that time of year again is it?"

Oh god don't remind me, I'm trying to cut down but seeing as two bikes are in bits and need fixing before selling plus building a NC35 track bike from bits with no real workshop I'm struggling to find the time to sort the non-running ones to get rid!

I am going to get the 7000m one if I can prise it away from him.

My insurance company said I dont need an mot if a bike is sorn, so if I only tax and ride a few each year , that will be a little less work.

I should really get rid of the 900ss and RC that I dont ride now, but they are both near mint and just nice to own, a bit like your UK NC30 I suppose.
