spent the whole weekend de-greasein and polishin, the frame and swinger have come up realy nice and the chain and sprocket look nearly new after all the crap was taken off, painted the wheels and front mudguard and fitted braided lines, got a mint cbr6 f sport shock from the local breakers for £20, and will be rebuilding the forks this week

yep, will eventually get them powder coated but they look pretty good for the time bein (until i get a new set of tyres n it all flakes off)

rebuilt the forks over the last couple of days with ohlins springs and kais valves, fitted the shock which has raised the back about an inch and it only had a short resovoir conection so ive fitted it under the seat in front of the battery box by making a bracket,

had the bike dyno'd today it's running rich over 8000 revs, got it home and stripped the carbs, its running 116 main jets gona drop it down to 112 and drop the needle a noch and see how it goes a/f ratio is around 11, 27Ft/lb torque and 57bhp dyno operator reckons im looking around 62bhp when the fuellings right, curve is realy smooth

the sprocket,chain and swingarm looks very clean mate......shame to get it dirty again!!!
just need to keep on top of it :D
