Emails sent chaps I hope it helps,
I've used it myself for the SP gearbox and it seems spot on,
Not sure about the 160+ MPH top speed estimates though!

I know it's dragging up an old post, but do you still have the gearing info? If so can you either post it up or mail me

Whilst dragging this up, i have another query.......
I'm planning on converting to 520 for the track for ease of sprocket swapping etc........
But, when checking out what i need i've noticed that the standard setup is 428 (130 links) with 19/55 sprocket sizes whereas the 520 conversion is only 104 links and uses 15/43 sprocket sizes.
Question is why the big difference in the sprocket sizes (final drive ratio is almost the same for both setups) and chain length?
Am i just missing the obvious? My concern is that the chain will run a lot closer to the swingarm with the 520 conversion. Is this the case?
HELP

the 520 is no problem as long as you dont go mega small on the front.
15/43 is 2.87 (divide biggest by smallest)
19/55 is 2.89 so they're pretty close! there used to be a good link on the wemoto site but it doesnt appear to work now! it has the info on the higher numbers being better accel or top end ( i cant remember!)
edit: this bit!
Lowering the ratio increases top end speed - Increasing the ratio increases acceleration and bottom end
