yep, sounds like your battery may have been the problem....what is the charge rate now?

a new battery is not dirt cheap but a lot less hassle than having to fit a new alternator which is not cheap either.

i persoanlly would have had my money on the alternator, did you test the output of the alternator?

Still haven't had a chance to test the alternator output yet. I'm back to Uni on Monday and I should have a chance to get it into my friend's garage and give it a once over.

Well, some little sh*t weasel stole my bike last night so I guess I don't have to worry about testing the alternator anymore. Gotta go lock horns with the insurance company instead. Wish me luck...

I'm afraid I'm deadly serious. Woke up to find there was VFR sized space in the parking line-up on my street this morning. It was taken from Leytonstone in East London. It's a G-reg NC30 in HRC colours. I've had it just over a week and it was my first bike. What better way to be welcomed to the fold? lol

If you guys know of anyone selling another NC30 in reasonable condition, I'd appreciate a heads-up. Just as soon as my insurance company coughs up...

Not much to work from, I know. Would be nice to know if you guys happen to see anything. I'll be keeping my beady eye out, too.
